V\u0113l strauj\u0101ka dinamika bija jaunb\u016bvju pirmreiz\u0113j\u0101 tirg\u016b \u0101rpus C+, kur dar\u012bjumu skaits palielin\u0101j\u0101s par 41,6%. Vid\u0113j\u0101 dz\u012bvok\u013ca cena R\u012bg\u0101 pieauga par 5%, sasniedzot 1 690 eiro par kvadr\u0101tmetru. Vid\u0113j\u0101 dar\u012bjuma summa palielin\u0101j\u0101s par 7,2% un sasniedza 91 400 eiro. Tas liecina, ka tirgus nav bijis p\u0101rkarsis \u2013 aktivit\u0101te pieauga strauj\u0101k nek\u0101 cenas. Jaunb\u016bvju pirmreiz\u0113j\u0101 tirg\u016b \u0101rpus C+ cenas pieauga tikai par 1,1%, neskatoties uz iev\u0113rojamu dar\u012bjumu skaita k\u0101pumu. Savuk\u0101rt renov\u0113to pirmskara \u0113ku segment\u0101 cenu pieaugums bija iev\u0113rojami strauj\u0101ks \u2013 virs 11%, kas nor\u0101da uz kvalitat\u012bva produkta piepras\u012bjuma pieaugumu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"2024\">Lai gan kop\u0113jais gads bija \u013coti sp\u0113c\u012bgs, 2025. gada ceturtais ceturksnis uzr\u0101d\u012bja aktivit\u0101tes mazin\u0101\u0161anos. Dar\u012bjumu skaits samazin\u0101j\u0101s gan sal\u012bdzin\u0101jum\u0101 ar iepriek\u0161\u0113jo ceturksni, gan ar attiec\u012bgo periodu 2024. gad\u0101. Decembris nebija \u012bpa\u0161i akt\u012bvs m\u0113nesis, un ar\u012b 2026. gada janv\u0101ra s\u0101kotn\u0113jie dati neliecina par strauju dar\u012bjumu pieaugumu.
