Facade: decorative plaster and natural stone slabs.
Floors: wooden floors in the house, reinforced concrete in the garage.
Roof: wooden structure and clay tiles, which, when properly maintained, last 100 years or more.
Floors: 150 mm C25-30 concrete insulated with 100 mm Thermowhite, Estrich + D20 underfloor heating pipes.

Stairs: metal frame, oak steps, handrails made of tempered, tinted glass.

Combined heating system: Hargassner pellet boiler (approx. 20,000 EUR) and Mitsubishi SPK50ZS heat pump. Underfloor heating on the 1st floor and additional Milano series designer radiators; adjustable radiators on the 2nd floor and electric underfloor heating in the 2nd-floor shower room.
