Latvian Technological Park (Latvijas Tehnoloģiskais parks, LTP) is a centre for science, research and technology-intensive companies in Pārdaugava, in the Iļģuciems district at Pulka iela 3, between Daugavgrīvas and Slokas streets. The park is managed by the foundation Latvijas Tehnoloģiskais parks.
The park operates as an innovation environment and business incubator, bringing together start-ups, research laboratories and companies in IT, engineering and the creative industries. The site comprises several industrial buildings from the first half of the 20th century; according to the cadastre, one of them houses the Biomaterials Innovation and Development Centre.
The complex offers premises in various configurations – open-plan offices, partly furnished offices and meeting rooms, as well as workshops, laboratories and storage. Units of approximately 20 to 360 m² are available. In the converted premises, modern technical solutions (ventilation, lighting) are combined with industrial heritage features such as brick arches and high ceilings. The setting suits companies that need not only an office but also space for development and prototyping.
The park is located in Pārdaugava near research institutes, with easy access to Daugavgrīvas and Slokas streets and public transport.
Location: Riga, Iļģuciems, Pulka iela 3.
