Elizabetes 75 is an office centre in the centre of Riga at Elizabetes iela 75, opposite Vērmanes Garden. The complex consists of four interconnected 5–6-storey buildings with a total area of approximately 4,400 m². The offices are leased by SIA Attīstības E75; the property is developed and managed by Linstow Baltic.
The eclectic-style building was built in 1890 to a design by Kārlis Johans Felsko, Riga's leading architect of the time, and has the status of a cultural monument of national significance. The gateway arch retains a stained-glass window with a double portrait of Kārlis and Vilhelmīne Ertaks, patrons of the Small Guild.
The floors have closed corridors with code locks and several WCs; internet and telecommunication connections are available.
Paid parking is available in the adjacent Europark underground car park and on Elizabetes iela. The area offers city-centre infrastructure, public transport and restaurants.
Location: Riga centre, Elizabetes iela by Vērmanes Garden.
