Saulgoži

EfTEN Logistics Ķekava – a warehouse and production complex in Ķekava parish ("Dominante", Saulgoži), on the A7 road (Riga–Bauska), about 20 km from Riga city centre. Owner: EfTEN (acquired in 2020); the building was completed in 2007.

Land plot 10.26 ha, lettable area 37,503 m². Warehouses: 10 m ceiling height, industrial concrete floor with 5 t/m² load capacity, 12 × 24 m column grid, 50 hydraulic dock levellers for trucks and 10 drive-in ramps, sprinkler system, independent gas heating with infrared heaters, energy-efficient LED lighting; racking systems can be installed. Fitted office premises are also available. Large fenced yard with easy manoeuvring for heavy vehicles.
