The house is owned by a subsidiary company and is sold as shares of SIA.

During the reconstruction, Inter-storey lintels, insulated floors and exterior walls were replaced, modern fire safety solutions were installed in the building during the reconstruction, which includes double fireproof plasterboard, fireproof wooden entrance doors in apartments, a new ventilation system was created.
