The building is managed by the developer.

Smart home technology (intercom with video surveillance function) and individual accounting of heat, electricity and water consumption. Possibility to adjust the heating using the application.

The minimum rental period is 1 year.

Security deposit in the amount of two months' rent.

At the conclusion of the contract, proof of income is required - certificate from the workplace and account statement for 6 months or other proof of income.

For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a surface (60 Eur/month) or underground (80 Eur/month) parking space.
