Pētersala Business Centre is located not far from Skanstes Street, between Pētersalas and Rūpniecības Streets, at one end of Ganību dambis, which is one of the arterial streets of Riga. It is planned to develop the business centre New Hanza City opposite Hansa gates business center. Business Centre Hansa Gates is located in historical centre of Riga and in its protection zone, as well as it is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, in the territory of mixed-use development and this type of development characterises the current and planned development in Pētersala. The Business Centre consists of a 3,243m2 large land plot and buildings with the total space of 3,310m2. The premises on the first floor are suitable for sales services, the second and third floor are provided for offices and different service providers, including medical services providers. Lease fee amounts to 4 EUR/m2. Additional expenses include maintenance costs, utilities and VAT.
