FACADE The building’s exterior walls are made of factory‑produced three‑layer precast reinforced concrete panels with finishing according to the architectural design. The modern façade combines aesthetics, durability and high energy efficiency. STRUCTURES The building’s load‑bearing structures and walls between apartments are constructed from precast reinforced concrete panels, ensuring stability and excellent sound insulation. Interior walls of the apartments are plastered and painted, while partition walls are built from gypsum board on a metal frame. Shaft walls are built from masonry and gypsum board structures with high‑quality finishing. Suspended ceilings are covered with gypsum board sheets on a metal frame. The building features an insulated roof with bitumen roll covering, while roof terraces are finished with wooden decking. The underground parking is constructed from monolithic reinforced concrete. WINDOWS Apartments are equipped with PVC and aluminium windows with triple glazing, providing high thermal and acoustic insulation as well as abundant natural light. BALCONIES Balcony railings are made of glass, giving the building a modern and visually light architectural appearance. HEATING, VENTILATION AND COOLING The building uses a combined heat supply system — centralized heating and geothermal energy. Apartments feature water‑based underfloor heating with individually adjustable thermostats, while bathrooms include electric underfloor heating. Each apartment is equipped with an individual ventilation unit and a centralized cooling system powered by energy pile technology, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND LIGHTING Apartments are fitted with full electrical installations according to layout plans. CAT6 data cables are used for low‑voltage networks. Built‑in LED lights are installed in suspended ceilings in corridors and bathrooms, while other rooms have connection points for lighting fixtures. FINISHING Living room walls and ceilings are painted, and high‑quality parquet flooring is installed. Bathrooms feature ceramic tile finishing on walls and floors and are equipped with sanitary fixtures. Apartments are fitted with veneered wooden interior doors.
