New Teika

The New Teika project is located on Ropazu street 12, Riga - in the area with highly developed infrastructure – between Riga downtown and Teika district, at Brivibas str. and Vairoga str. crossroad, just behind the VEF Culture Center. Teika is historically considered to be one of the greenest and upscale districts of Riga; besides, it is located close to the city centre and has highly developed public transport system.

You can quickly and easily get from New Teika to the city center and other Riga districts, such as Mezaparks, Jugla, Purvciems and Plavnieki. Thanks to recently built Eastern Highway you can get to Krasta str. in 10 minutes without getting stuck in traffic jams, and the way to Vecaki beach will take you only 15 minutes.

All the necessary facilities for luxury living are located just nearby: there are schools, kindergartens, shops and malls, cafes and restaurants, banks, round-the-clock chemists’ and health centers, cinemas and other entertainment facilities, playgrounds and Mezaparks with its endless opportunities for outdoor active rest.

The New Teika maintenance is provided by Serviss Jums company.

The maintenance fee is 0,50 EUR/m2 (living floor space only; you don’t pay for balcony’s and lounge floor space).

Each apartment has its individual heat meter, which allows residents to save money on heating costs by adjusting heating to their own needs.
