A five-storey building in the street were built for export 12 1955 port, later used as dormitories, but in recent years, was uninhabited. Before the reconstruction of the building was in poor condition.

The reconstruction project was at JSC "Forburg" order, the project was developed by JSC "stats". In the course of construction the type of room, the dorm was converted into spacious apartments.
