The building was built in 1901. year, the eclectic style of architecture is reflected in the shift in Art Nuova style. The house is located at the intersection of the street, a facade of a building is focused on Alberta Street, and the other part - to Antonijas street.

Interior of the building has a lot of decorative elements, such as the glamorous interior decorated cornice and ceiling. The building faandade is used as a classicist as well as Rococo and modernist elements. An important element of the house is stoves and fireplaces in each apartment.
