Park Apartments (Livu Street):

Located between two beautiful Saliena parks, this new apartment project offers peaceful green living, in a safe and ideally-located residential complex. The project was designed by respected architects, to maximise the green views, and to harmonize with the surrounding parks. This means unobtrusive low-rise buildings, with large windows, and spacious terraces and balconies facing over the parks wherever possible. Privacy is also maximised - each apartment is designed so that none of its living area walls borders another apartment’s living area walls, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Each apartment is carefully planned to facilitate optimum interior design layouts, with maximum use of interior floor-space, as well as square-shaped balconies and terraces for easy furniture arrangement.

Each apartment is sold fully finished. This includes all flooring, painted walls, bathroom tiling, and fully equipped bathrooms with all plumbing. Only aesthetic, modern and high quality materials are used. To make life even easier, buyers also have the option to choose a ready-planned furnishing style and layout for their new home. The architects have created three different interior furnishing ideas, created with items from Swedish IKEA store. Buyers simply choose their preferred style, and then take the relevant product codes to IKEA, where they can purchase everything very easily. Their chosen furniture is guaranteed to be an optimal fit, size and layout for the new home.
