The peace is reigning here, the birds are singing, and the wind whispers to the leaves of the century-old oaks. Putnu Street is one of those little streets in Ziepniekkalns, hidden from the hustle of main nearby roads and crowded residential areas. This quiet corner next to Bieķengrāvis canal used to be an outskirt of Riga in the days of old, with a few small manors and the cows grazing on the meadows. The new project is developed by SIA NCC Housing and will be located in Ziepniekkalns, at 31 Putnu St. (near the Road Traffic Safety Directorate). The construction of the house is planned to be finished by the end of 2015.
