PROMENĀDE

The one-off project is located on the promenade of Mūkusalas Street, from the Stone Bridge to the Salu Bridge. The territory is part of the protection zone of the historical city center of the city of Riga, as well as the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage sites in the protection zone of the historical center of Riga. The Promenade's first-round project includes 41 unique one-storey, two-storey and three-storey apartments. They offer great views of the River Daugava, the Old Town and Lucavsala. The added value of the project is its strategically advantageous location - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet so close to meeting every need of the daily consumer.

There are shopping malls, sports halls, a cinema, a wide green lounge with bicycle paths, sightseeing spots and a boat pier at a walking distance. In the capital of Latvia, the range of residential apartments has been complemented by an unusual and exciting project Promenade, which was implemented on the left bank of the Daugava parallel to Mūkusalas Street and the future walking promenade along the Daugava. Two industrial buildings with many modern offices around them are rebuilt into lofts with all the qualities of a high-quality living environment.

The life story of rebuilt hulls is different at different stages. Initially, they were built as industrial volumes in the middle of the last century, then over time and we can turn into office buildings in the years of change, where more and less well-known Latvian companies have been hosting each other. The promenade started a new life as the seat of exclusive lofts apartments.

Place, place and place again is the Promenade of both projects (first-order lofts apartments with address Mūkusalas street 29, together with 41 unique apartments available from January 15, 2018, the building has been given in operation and second-floor lofts with address Mūkusalas street 25, with a total of 63 apartments, available from March 2019) building delusion. The name Promenade is closely related to the content and location of the project.
