The building at 13/15 K.Barona Street was originally constructed in 1904 in an eclectic art nouveau style (architect J.Alksnis), and then thoroughly reconstructed in 1998. The building is located in the very centre of Riga, at the crossing of K.Barona and Dzirnavu streets.
