I would like to share with you my experience of selling an apartment! At first I put the ad and pictures on it! Of course there were calls and wanting to buy an apartment! But not at the price we wanted! Already with husband was thinking of lowering the price !!!! Until Lauris Kulšs called me and offered his services! Of course I agreed! Professionally designed apartment put an ad in two languages. I could breathe a sigh of relief! That it is all off my shoulders !!!

He found a buyer in 3 days! The documents were prepared for me and the buyer! Helped the buyer settle the loan! Notary also talked! All we had to do was read the contracts and sign! With Laura’s mastery we sold the apartment quickly and again with an extra !!!
